The 2012 track and field season concluded in Rapid City with a 3rd place team finish for the SBA boys and a 19th place finish for the girls. The boys set a second school record in winning the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:30.87 (FAT - all times given here are fully automatic timing). Members of that unit were Cole McClain, Christian Svennes, Nolan Hamilton, and Brady Brockel. The medley relay placed second with a time of 3:42.34. That unit consisted of Nolan Hamilton, Chibueze Egeruoh, Brady Brockel, and Cole McClain. Christian Svennes finished fourth in the 1600 run with a time of 4:43.41.
Kalli Quicke placed in three events for the girls finishing 4th in the long jump with a leap of 16' 2 3/4", 6th in the 400 run with a time of 60.98, and 8th in the 200 with a time of 28.2.
